Lapras. It has a great HP stat and a good movepool. It also has decent defenses and attacks. It works well as a support or stall Pokemon with moves like Perish Song, Sing (If you want to take that risk) Toxic, Nightmare and Curse. It can also fill the roll of a special tank with moves like Thunderbolt, Surf, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, and more. Here is a good tank sort of set.

Natures don't exist? And abilities? I never knew that, I thought they did... I only played gen 3 and up though.
