Do Thunder and Stone Edge do double damage to Bounce?

Question

I've seen conflicting information for this - some say these two moves do double damage if a pokemon is in the air from Bounce, some say regular damage. Which is right?

The following moves can hit a Pokemon during Bounce's semi-invulnerable state:

• Gust
• Sky Uppercut
• Smack Dowh
• Thunder
• Thousand Arrows
• Twister
• Any move following Lock-On or Mind Reader
• Any move if either the target or the attacker has No Guard

Of these, the only moves that do double damage are Gust and Twister.

As of Gen 3, Thunder (but not Stone Edge) can do double damage against Bouncing Pokemon.

OK, and Stone Edge can definitely hit them during Fly?

I have tested this myself and Stone Edge definitely does not hit pokemon during Fly or Bounce.
