How do you find Kyogre in Pokemon Black 2?

I know Kyogre is in the Abyssal Ruins but what exactly do you have to do get him?

Kyogre can not be found in black/white2. If you saw it on youtube the person was probably glitching his game.

The only way you can get Kyogre in black/white 2 is by transferring it through HG/SS and or first migrating it from R/S/E and then transferring it to Black 2

I already knew this but wouldn't it be the perfect place for Kyogre/Lugia/ Manaphy egg to be for an event? The tremors would be Kyogre/Lugia trying to warn you to back off. And if caught/defeated the relic crown would appear. If the manaphy egg is obtained it will hatch and manapy will join your party like zoroara.

yes, that would be a very nice edition but they probably didn't add it just to keep them a little rare since Kyogre and Lugia could be caught in HG and Lugia in and Kyogre's counterpart in SS. Phione would be nice to be obtained in the Abyssal Ruins as it is one of the rarest Pokemon in the whole series of Pokemon, if not the rarest
