What people besides N communicate with Pokemon?

In a epsiode of the anime it was revealed that like N there are two other people who can "hear the inner voice of Pokemon". Those two women next to N can also speak to Pokemon and feel the same way N does towards Pokemon and Pokemon battles. Their names are Anthea & Concordia.

Technically and legally yes because N anthea and concordia were taken in by ghetsis and had been raised by ghetsis for the rest of that time .

what I'M wondering is why they hid the truth from N all those years: that Ghetsis just wanted to take over the world. not ONCE did they tell him, yet in B/W 2 you find out they knew all along. some friends they were. they let N be manipulated, and didn't do ONE THING to stop it.
