I'm kinda new competitive Pokemon, so please pardon this. VVV Pokemon like Porygon2 and Porygon-Z or Frostlass and Galie for mono-type or regular competitive play.
They're OK.
Species Clause is only broken if two Pokémon that share the same Pokedex number are on the same team (this counts for Forms as well; you can't have two different Rotom forms on one team).
Its not recommended but yes as long as they dont have the same pokedex number then you are fine.
