Can somebody explain to me more about Opposite Trader?

I just need more expaining about it..A medal for trading Pokemon between two worlds?

It's talking about a trade from Black 2 through White 2. To get the medal you need to trade between Black 2 and White or White 2.

If you have Black 2: Required games to trade between are White and White 2

If you have White 2: Required games to trade between are Black or Black 2

So basically you need the opposite game to trade between.
