Is the Nature Preserve Haxorus's Ability always Mold Breaker?

I want to on know before I save because I caught it and want it to have the best Ability it can have.

Method: After you have seen all the Pokémon in the Unova Dex, you
will receive a License. This item, when shown to the airport attendant
in Mistralton City, takes you to the Nature Preserve, a place filled
with wild Pokémon. However, in the middle of this sanctuary is the
rare Shiny Haxorus.

No it isn't always Mold Breaker. It can also be Rivalry. But Mold breaker is a better ability since it lets you strike Pokemon that even have levitate.

Haxorus can have the following abilities:

Rivalry: Attack & Special Attack is increased by 25% if the foe is of the same gender; Attack & Special Attack is decreased by 25% if the foe is of the opposite gender.

Mold breaker: The Pokémon's moves are not affected by foe’s abilities during battle

hidden ability: Unerve: The opponent Pokémon will never use their held Berry while the Pokémon is in battle
