Im coming up with a Slowking moveset. It knows Sleep Talk and Trump Card. If Sleep Talk turns into Trump Card, what is the base power? Thank you for answering if you do. :)

Trump Card's power is calculated as follows:
Remaining PP = Base Power

         5+ =	     40
        4 =	50
        3 =	60
        2 =	80
        1 =	200
