I don't understand PP and PP ups on pokedit?

Question

What I mean is on pokedit do I:

1. Give maximum PP on the move and 0 PP ups (Turn Focus Blast to 8 PP, without using PP ups on pokedit)
2. Give maximum PP ups and keep the actual PP the same (Give 3 PP ups on Focus Blast, but keep Focus Blast PP 5 on pokedit)
3. Give maximum PP and PP ups (Turn Focus Blast 8 PP and give 3 PP ups on pokedit)

Do all of them do the same or might 1 or 2 of those options mess up the PP when I send it to my White 2 game?

LOL, you dont have to give Pokedit PP up's to use it many times you can use it how much you want xD

Yes 1 and 2 could mess up your game so just stick with 3.
