How can I make Frost Breath do less damage to Tauros?

Im using a tequenique where Vanniluxe uses Frost Breath on Tauros with Anger Point. Every time I use the tequenique, I end up KOing Tauros with Frost Breath. How can I make Frost Breath do less damage? (Items, moves, Pokemon, anything!)
