Hydreigon has a wide Movepool of Special Attacks that it can put it's massive Base 125 Special Attack Stat to use. There include:
- Draco Meteor- An extermely powerful STAB that will often KO anything that doesn't Resist it. Keep in mind that it has the negative side effect of Lowering it 's Special Attack by 2 Stages.
- Dragon Pulse- A Weaker yet still powerful STAB Attack that eventually outpowers Draco Meteor after a few uses.
- Dark Pulse- A Dark Type STAB Attack that provides just as much Coverage as it does power. Has an occasional flinch rate.
- Tri Attack: An Attack fired off by ALL THREE heads that is useful for it's 20% chance to inflict a Burn, Poison, or Paralysis. Not suggested despite how cool it looks.
- Earth Power- A great Coverage option that removes the Steel Type resisting it's Dual STABs in Dark and Dragon Type Attacks. Highly Suggested, a must use on any set.
- Flamethrower/Fire Blast- Alternate options to remove the Steels that resist the Brutal Pokemon's Dual STABs. Earth Power is a superior choice.
- Heat Wave- Another alternate choice to remove the Steels that resist it's STABs that are actually useful in Double Battles.
- Charge Beam- An Electric Type Coverage option that can also Raise it's already exceptional Special Attack to dangerous levels. Useful strategy to negate Draco Meteor's side effect.
- Surf- A Water Type Coverage Option that is also useful in Double Battle modes.

A unique but popular Set that makes use of the powerful Draco Meteor while negating it's nasty side-effect with Charge Beam. The given Set takes advantage of it's surprisingly nice Bulk, allowing it to outspeed several Pokemon while also surviving the inevitable Mach Punch or Ice Shard from Breloom or Mamoswine, respectively.
