Does using soak on a Pokemon increase the effectiveness of a net ball?

Question

Soak changes Pokemon into water types, and net ball has a higher chance of catching water type Pokemon. So, will a Pokemon be easier to catch with a net ball after it is soaked?

Yep, it does do that, since the Pokemon is made into a water type.
