Is there a website that you can create a Pokemon and send it to a ds without a friend code?

I have tried some websites that I know of but all of them require a friend code and I don't have one because my computer settings are not compatible with the D's. That's what it says every time I try to connect to WiFi but if there is a website that doesn't require a friend code please tell me.

Nope I'm sorry. The only way to crate a Pokemon without a Friend Code is to use a Cheating device
