Then you could go for a Nature that boosts an attacking stat and lowers a defensive one, such as Rash. Since Victreebel hasn't an impressive Speed stat outside of Cholrophyll in sunlight, you may also choose to increase/decrease that, depending on whether or not you care about moving first.
