If you ever fought me you would know why I use Tenta and gliscor in
the same team (wait you have fought me..does that mean your a noob?).
They make a good core together, being able to block all each other
weakness apart from Psychic with is easily fixed. Although most gli
are defensive nowadays, you can go full offence if need be. I'll post
a small check list and a set below, see what floats your boat.
Gliscor @ Flying Gem
Trait: Poison Heal / Hypercutter
EVs: 252 Atk / 186 Spd / 70 Def
Adamant Nature
- Acrobatics
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang / Roost
- Stone Edge
Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 184 Def / 252 HP / 72 Spd
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Protect
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
For the offensive, you could ad in S-dance if you wish so, but try adding a little more bulk with it. with the defense, sub can be a very good idea with protect and toxic to stop virtually any attack.
Lets go through the check list..
>Has synergy with Tentacruel
As explained, they cover each other very well, one with high Def, one with high Spdef and cover each others weakness bar psychic.
>Can sweep, preferably physical, but Special will work as well
Offensive Scor can work as a potent sweeper with acrogem. Edgequake gives it very high coverage and S-Dance boosts that attack to riduclous levels.
>must be resistant or immune to ground, neutral won't do
Despite being ground type itself, it packs flying power as well, so no ground can touch it.
>Not reliant on weather to boost attacks or whatnot
Although it works well in sand stall, it does not need weather to boost it's attacks or effectiveness.
I hope I was helpful, if not then I am a massive noob. :D
