Bulky as well as possible sweeper?

Im troubled with the formation of my team right nw, I have:

Yanmega
Toxicroak
Ferrothorn
Octillery
Darmanitan
Magnezone

The problem I have now is my team always annihilated by Earthquake user. Since I have three Pokemon that is weak to ground type. And as you can see, my team is lacking tanker. So I would like to ask whether there is a Pokemon that is suitable to be tanker in my team, and which Pokemon should I take out?

Rotom-Wash is gonna be your man, as his one weakness is Grass, which your team can take with it's eyes closed, and he is immune to ground, and quite bulky.

Modest Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

Hits fairly hard, has a lot of bulk, and access to STAB Bolt Switch and Pain Split, Rotom-W has been one of my favorite bulky attackers for a long time. Also note that it synergizes extremely well with your team. Also, you should replace Octillery.
