How do I get both IV's on one Pokemon?

The title says it all. I already have the Pokemon with one perfect IV. So how do I get the other perfect IV on the same Pokemon?

you can not change the ivs on a Pokemon but if you are meaning breed it onto another Pokemon get two compatable Pokemon wich both have a perfect stat you want breed them with one holding the right power item and there is a tiiiiiiny chance that your Pokemon will get both wanted ivs
