How do I exchange keys?

I want to know if I can exchange keys via wifi, and not just infared. If so, HOW?

No, it is only over local wireless (infrared).

If you happen to have 2 games and 2 DS's (or a DS and 3DS) you can do it yourself, otherwise you need to trade with a friend.
