Elite Four are love a certain move and how do I counteract it?

Elite four can be so passive aggressive! They seem to love moves that increase evasiveness, which makes it very difficult to attack them. (I realize that's the idea) It drives me slightly crazy! How can I counteract that? Thanks!

Ah, back in those days.....

The number one way to counter these Pokemon is to use moves that ALWAYS hit.

• Aerial Ace
• Shock Wave
• Aura Sphere
• Shadow Punch
• Magical Leaf
• Magnet Bomb
• Vital Throw
• Swift
• Faint Attack

Or you can use Taunt to prevent them from using status moves.
