Flame body/Lava armor and hatching Cycles?

Question

I have a few questions for whoever wishes to answer then in whatever order. I don't mind if any are skipped or if you cannot answer certain ones.

1: Would two Pokemon with either FB or LA cut the time down to 1/4?

2: I heard that hatching eggs cut down the hatching time by one cycle, so when using FB or LA, does this mean that the time is cut down by one full cycle or a half a cycle?

3: I've noticed that when a Pokemon needs an Item and trade to evolve, the item is gone after the evolution. Does the same thing happen when breeding a baby Pokemon?

1. No. Flame Body and Magma Armor do not stack.
2. One full cycle.
3. No, Incenses and power items are retained after you breed.
