How do I know when my EVs have maxed out???

I have been ev training my rotom sp attack and speed but I don't know when I have used up all the evs

You can check if your EVs are maxed out by talking a to certain person.

In Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum, the Seal Store has a person which will give your Pokemon an Effort Ribbon when all 510 EVs are on your Pokemon.
In HeartGold and SoulSilver, a woman in Blackthorn City will tell you if your EVs are maxed by the use of an Effort Ribbon.
In Black, White, Black 2, and White 2, a person in Opelciud City will say a certain phrase based on the amount of EVs you have. "Your Rotom... put in great effort!" is the phrase you want to see.
