Resetting my game?

If you reset your game on DS what are the advantages, disadvantages and what you need to reset your game?

Advantages:
- Get to play the game again.
- Now you know more pokemon you can choose better ones from the start and train them really well.

Disadvantages:
- Lose progress and access to things like the Battle Tower.
- Lose pokemon, unless traded to another game
- Lose items, unless traded attached to the pokemon.

Oo so you only start your advnture again?

There is no advantage to reseting your game it will just start the game it would erase all your progress, pokemon, items, and tms so if you do reset I would highly suggest transfering your pokemon to a differant game.
