What do I do at lighthouse?

I am playing Heartgold right now but at the lighthouse I didn't read what the gym leader said, only that she wanted some kind of medicine for a Ampharos. But I have no idea where to get it from! Could someone please help me?

All you have to do is to go to Cianwood city.To go to Cianwood city, follow the sea you find when you leave Olivine City.Then you go to the medicine store, talk to the man and he will give you the Secretpotion.Now go back to the lighthouse give the potion to Jasmine (girl with Ampharos) and thats it.

You need to Surf to Cianwood City from the South of Olivine City. After you Surf South, you can surf toward the west. There will be a little island all the way to the left. That is Cianwood City. Insde the house to the left of the Pokemo Center is the Medicine shop. Get the secret medicine from the man. Battle and defeat Chuck for your 5th badge, and return to Jasmine.
