How do I get the Dreamworld Ability for Torchic without visiting the DreamWorld?

Does anyone know the awnser to my question?

Umm..Trade? The only way to get a Torchic with Dream World Ability is via trade or event, and there are no current events for that.

Well, at this point, you have to trade or cheat for one, as the DW promotion is over anyways.
