Weird glitch in my Rumble Blast?

I beat Girintia and it was sparkling and I didn't get the Pokemon!
Am I glitched?

It is supposed to tell everything about super rumble blast, but I don`t remember where it tells about the sparkle effect.

All I know is the sparkles only ups the chance of getting the Pokemon, but you don`t just get the Pokemon instantly. The chance of getting a legendary is still low.

No. when a pokemon has sparkles under it you have a perfect chance of getting it. Also the pad was sparkling.

In the regular pokemon rumble, I only had a 90% chance when the sparkle effect appeared. Even if what I said is wrong, the link I gave you has the correct answer.
