Just so people don't get confused, this question was asked before the release of Gen 6, which was when Togekiss received its Fairy type since that was the time in which the Fairy type was added to the game. Before this, all fairy Pokémon were Normal type, in addition to their other type (if they had one).

Togekiss with 85 hp, 115 sp def, and 95 def. Second was Braviary with 100 hp, 75 def, and 75 sp def.
