Is the ratio the same or different when breeding? A simple yes/no with a small explanation, if possible, will do.
The ratio for hatching from an egg is the same 1/1892 but if done throught the masuda method(where you breed two Pokemon from different countries) it is six times as likely (1/1366). So there is no difference if you just breed regularly.
