EVs: 236 Atk / 36 Def / 196 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Drain Punch
- Seed Bomb
- Poison Jab

So, you switch in on a predicted water type move, so you could intentionally force a switch, giving you a free Swords Dance. Drain Punch is for coverage and healing. Seed Bomb is STAB. Poison Jab is for coverage.

- Thunder Punch

Physical attacker. Seed Bomb is STAB. Body Slam is a decent move, but it can be swapped with Poison Jab for more coverage. Drain Punch can cover Cacnea's Ice weakness, and the HP recovery is always good. Thunder Punch covers Flying types.

A special variation of my physical Cacnea set. Switcheroo is to annoy Pokemon that use setup/status moves. Nasty Plot is for after you use Switcheroo on a wall Pokémon. Giga Drain is STAB and is for healing. HP Ice is for Flying Types.
