Where do you find Eevee in Pokemon White 2?

I've looked at several different resources and all of them say in Castelia City in the sewers. One resource went as far to say in the grass. I've looked in all of the sewers, but cannot find ANY kind of grass. Can anyone help me?

You can go to the Castelie sewers and eventually after you go up some stairs, you can get to castelia gardens. There is just one tree in the middle with tall grass soronding the tree. It is hard to get and if you can't get to castelia sewers go to youtube and search.

If you want a garenteed chance to get one just go to castelia city and go to the third floor where the medal box place is and go to the third floor (fennel's lab). Then, fennels assistant will give you an eevee (have an open slot in your party) if you talk to her.

The only problem is, is that I am at Driftveil and am nowhere near the Elite four. And I've only found one hidden grotto, and my computer is somewhat broken at the moment, so I can't watch videos.=(

You can find them in three ways:
-In castelia city in the park that is hidden and must be accessed through castelia sewers. To find the hidden park, you must enter castelia sewers. Go past the bridge, take a left, and then go down at the end of the path and you will immediately see some stairs to the left and go up them. The hidden park is there.
-As a gift in castelia city from Fennel's assistant after defeating the elite four. This one is level 10 and has its hidden ability anticipaton.
-You can also get one from any hidden grotto with a tiny chance.
