How do you get mewtwo in Pokemon rumble?

You get a ticket after releasing dialga, palkia, and giratina. After you do release them, bring the ticket to the red roofed building at the very bottom of the terminal.

Mewtwo can only be obtain by releasing Giratina, Dialga, and Palkia Toys. Your best bet is to get to EX Mode and release them there for the best effect.
