How did Riolu know Aura Sphere?

Question

In that 2 part episode of that riolu that they were trying to steal because it knew Aura Sphere.
I want to know how it knew Aura Sphere.

Sometimes in the Anime Pokemon know moves it cant normally learn, for example, Heatran could use Eruption though it cant learn it in the games.

No, you can't. I know cuz I've had several Lucarios, and none of them can learn it as a hatchling. Only when it's a Lucario.
