>You can get them from drops. Pokemon that require the E-Stones to level up typically drop them. There is also a roaming merchant who randomly appears and sells the items to level Pokemon up, E-stones, Dusk, Shiny, Sun, Reaper Cloth, Moonstone, and Razor claw (they are expensive 5k each.)
