Okay after you have completed all the others warlords stories, you will unlock the final story, one where you play as the main character of the game again. All your information from your previous game will be saved so you wont have to evolve all the Pokemon again just recruit the warlords. Also all the castles will be unlocked at once and will attack each other (and you) instead of the the original small group of them.
