Which Pokémon have had sprite changes between DP and Pt?

I know that Pikachu and Magikarp are two, but I would like to know if there are any more.

And I mean front sprite changes, primarily. Also, if the animation frames are different, I'd like to know as well.

I believe most of the Gen IV Pokemon got a change, as well as other Pokemon that serve a different purpose e.g. Meowth who is owned by Team Rocket.

Interestingly all the sinnoh Pokemon have had sprite changes.

All the Pokemon who belong to the DP and Plt. pokedex.
