What is the best EV Spread+Nature for a Wobbuffet with a Custap Berry?

Uber tier battling.
Moveset of Destiny Bond, Counter, Mirror Coat, and Encore.
Teammates of note:
Blissey with Wish and Heal Bell
Magnezone with Light Screen and Reflect
Lugia with Reflect

The standard EV spread for Wobbuffet currently has the HP as is because it is a Leftovers number. So since I'm running Custap Berry, what should I use?

If you could state what Pokemon in the top 30 of Ubers usage it survives with a 2HKO or better, that would give you BA.

When at 25% health or lower, it activates when you attack next, making you go first except in case of priority. So Destiny Bond activates first and takes the foe down with it.

I'd go with 252 HP / 252 SDef, Calm Nature.

Reasons:
- You have two Reflects, but only one Light Screen
- Most of the Ubers metagame is specially oriented
- It bulks up Wobuffet and helps it to take multiple hits; I know you're good at prediction so it should be no problem for you to predict when to Bond the Destinies of the two.

I'd say to go with 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef with a Calm Nature.
As Xtremekiller said, most of Ubers is specially oriented. HP doesn't matter here, as Wobbuffet is here to take hits and kill off a member of your opponent's team. As well as dying later on with Custap Berry. Wobbuffet has a 522 HP here anyway, so its good enough for your purposes.

What it survives against. Ignore the lefties, as it doesn't make a difference for these calcs.

Well since you are obviously going to start with Encore, then you will need some bulkiness to take the damage. So here is my preferred set:

Wobbuffet @ Custap Berry
Shadow Tag
Relaxed
92 HP/ 204 Def/ 212 SpD

Encore
Destiny Bond
Counter
Mirror Coat

So as you have probably noticed, this Custap set teams with your support to be able to take VERY heavy hits and almost never die. He does not need that many HP EVs because he will still have 530+ HP.
