Full Restore healed Confusion?!

Question

My Raikou was low on HP, Paralyzed and Confused (only 1st turn), so I used Full Restore. He wasn't Confused anymore. Why?

That's the effect of the item full restore. It restores all of your pokemon's Hp, and it cures it of any status ailments it has.
