How do you get to Ruin Maniac's Cave?

When you go to Route 214, there is a cave with a man inside. He asks you to bring him Unown. I brought him one and he says the same. What to do?

To help him make the tunnel Between Route 214 and Solaceon Ruins is to find all the Unknown in the Solaceon Ruins. Then, he will make a tunnel that will let you access a room where 2 unowns you haven't caught are, thus being the Exclamation mark Unown and the Question mark Unown
