Is it possible to encounter a shiny Pokemon in the Pokemon Global Link or in Entree Forest?

Is it possible? I was just on the PGL and that popped into mind.
So, is it possible to encounter a shiny in the PGL or when it gets to Entree Forest?

Pokemon from the dream world can never be shiny.

Once Pokemon reach Entree Forest they have the normal 1/8192 chance
of being shiny.

Pokemon can not be shiny in the Dream World itself, but once they are transferred to the Entree forest there is a regualr 1/8192 chance of the Pokemon being shiny.
