Focus Sash, they do the same thing but the Focus Band only has a 10% chance of working, as opposed to the Focus Sash's 100% chance of working.

Focus band is a 10% survival rate, regardless the amount of HP the holder has
Focus sash only works with full hp...

I've seen the Focus Band work on 1 HP before, so I knew they worked differently.
