Can Pokemon eat ev reducing berries in battle?

No. When would it eat it. Okay by you comment I can tell you are confused. Berries are eating in battle when THEY ARE NEEDED for example a Oran or Sitrus Berry are only consumed by the Pokemon when its HP gets low enough. The berry must have the effect activated and the EV reducing berries have no such activation inside of battles.
