if I had a white herb on regigas,will it heal his stats?White herb heals cut stats,slow start cuts stats.will it work? i just whant to know cause regigas is awesome minus that stupid ability,it's worse than Truant!
No. White Herb will lower stats that are dropped by a move or an opposing ability. Slow Start doesn't lower your attack and Speed by stages, it just gets halved. Only stats dropped by stages, like V-Create's drops shall be restored.
