What's the most common Unown you will find in the Ruins of Alph in HG/SS?

All Unown have an equal chance of appearing.
However, Unown-! and Unown-? cannot be captured until you catch all 26 other Unown, so they can be considered the "rarest".

Cool. I have all 26. So I guess I better start looking for the ! and ? Unown.

But once unlocked, they have a 50% chance of one of the appearing in the entrance, so wouldn't they be the most common?
