Eevee (F) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 76 HP / 240 SpA / 160 Spe
Modest Nature
- Echoed Voice
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Fighting]
- Quick Attack

The power of Echoed Voice increases each turn it is used (by 40), reaching a max of 200. And since you'll be Scarfed... Well, obviously I mean by that that you'll have to be using Echoed Voice consecutively. Works great with Adaptability boost. Shadow Ball and Hidden Power [Fighting] provide type coverage, while Quick Attack provides priority. Really, Quick Attack is only there due to a lack of anything else. While your Attack might not be great, Adaptability kind of makes up for that, although it should still only be used for revenge-killing. Max Special Attack and Speed EVs (with HP Fighting that is) plus a tiny bit of bulk added. Remember, Little Cup EVs work differently.

Trachy, I though 180 was the required amount to max in Little cup
What? No. Not at all. The max amount differs from Pokemon to Pokemon. Take Gligar for example. If you wanted to max out Attack and Speed, it would have 236 Attack EVs and 236 Speed EVs (yes, I memorized the EVs needed to max out Gligar's best stats), and no EVs elsewhere.
Whoa, Thats weird, but when I was checking Eevee's defenses one of them didn't get any higher after 180
In some cases 180 might be all that is needed to max out, but really, EVs are unpredictable in LC.
Yeah, I just looked over it, thats weird, thanks for that trachy.
What about moves for one that is adamant?

Eevee (M) @ Eviolite
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 78 HP / 196 Def / 236 SpD
Impish Nature
- Work Up
- Wish
- Baton Pass
- Double-Edge

Now Eevee isn't that bad, and isn't living in Umbreon's shadow.

We now have a Pokemon with 1 weakness and decent defenses who can pass either Attack or Special Attack along with passing a health boost in Wish. Double Edge is there for Taunt, or if you get the strange urge to just make him a tank. Also, his defenses are both maxed as far as EVs go.

STAB trump card can be nice for it.
Yeah, but you have to drain its PP for it to do anything from what I've read, Although that would be pretty cool with metronome.
It's not like This Eevee is gonna do a ton of attacking damage, so it can last a while.
Yeah, I put double edge for here, so it would kill itself during Taunt, Considering Most educated battlers would send in a Taunter with something like Swords Dance etc.
Don't get me wrong though, I completely value your opinion.

Role: Mixed Sweeper

Eevee (M) @ Leppa Berry / Pecha Berry / Aspear Berry
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 80 HP / 84 Atk / 64 Def
- Iron Tail
- Retaliate
- Shadow Ball
- Natural Gift

Iron Tail rids those hard-to-KO Rock and Ice types. Retaliate does some good damage, but I recommend that you use that when your Pokemon faints and you switch into Eevee. Shadow Ball to hit Ghost types. Natural Gift for certain types.

Eevee

Eevee @ Leftovers
Ability: Adaptability
Level: 5
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 236 Atk / 32 SpA / 240 SpD
Lonely Nature
- Work Up
- Stored Power
- Baton Pass
- Return

The lovely killer. This guy brings me lots of sweeps, or Baton Passes and lets another Pokemon sweep. Work Up boosts both Special Attack and Attack, so Stored Power gains 40 power each time. It also hurts Fighting types. Return with Adaptability is a super powerful and then I Baton Pass and sweep with another Pokemon.

FLINCHLORD (Eevee) @ King's Rock

I only cute ;3 (Eevee) @ Eviolite
Ability: Adaptability
Level: 5
EVs: 236 HP / 36 Def / 236 SpD
Careful Nature
- Wish
- Double-Edge
- Protect
- Yawn

Yeah this thing is just fluffy fur and cute. That's all. Offensively it is outclassed by Bunnelby the Huge Powerful Rabbit of LC because that gets Swords Dance and Huge Power STAB hits harder than Adaptability. So therefore, it arises no use of a physical attacker Eevee because this thing's movepool is only cute but not stronk.
Wish cleric support. Double-Edge still does quite a good damage with Adaptability boosted STAB, and takes on some of the weaker Pokemon. Yawn cripples set-up sweepers, but watch-out for Taunt. Protect to ensure you get a Wish hopefully, but be careful of prediction; opponent can turn Protect to a predicted turn for a set-up move. Alternatively Sassy nature along with Baton pass can allow a weaker Pokemon to come thereby reducing the risk of prediction.

  • 0 Atk Adaptability Eevee Double-Edge vs. 196 HP / 20+ Def Eviolite Mareanie: 10-14 (41.6 - 58.3%) -- 88.7% chance to 2HKO
  • 0 Atk Adaptability Eevee Double-Edge vs. 0 HP / 76 Def Vullaby: 14-18 (60.8 - 78.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

VS

  • 228 Atk Life Orb Buneary Earthquake vs. 196 HP / 20+ Def Eviolite Mareanie: 16-21 (66.6 - 87.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
  • 228+ Atk Huge Power Bunnelby Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 76 Def Vullaby: 26-32 (113 - 139.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO

So yeah, Powerful Rabbit emerges victorious over cute fluffy Eevee in case of firepower but Wish is there to make it live.

This moveset is a good one.
But instead of Bite, Shadow ball would be better. Atleast one special attack.
Choice band and the EV's direct it to a physical attacker, not a mixed one
