What is the easiest way to level up a Pokemon other than battling against Pokemon it's own level?

Answer 1

1. Get a Level 100 and give the weak Pokemon EXP Share.

2. Send out the weak Pokemon first, then switch to a Level 100 and deafefat the opponent. Theweak Pokemon gets all the EXP.

(Note: For 2, only if you do not have EXP Share.)
