Is Techno Blast worth it on Genesect?

I think you need it while holding douse drive for fire types coverage.Do anybody also think so?BTW Genesect can not learn any ground,rock, or water type moves(or any weakness of fire types).

No. You waste a precious item slot this way. Try a Life Orb or Expert Belt with Hidden Power Fire / Ice / Electric / Water instead.

Those can be used besides HP Fire, Ice and Electric.
