Why won't my level 81 Dragonite learn Hurricane?

Okay, I have Pokemon Pearl. I got a Dratini via wi-fi trade at the GTS in Jubilife. I leveled it up into a level 81 Dragonite. I was trying to give it a new moveset, and as I did some research I decided I wanted to teach it Hurricane. But you can only learn hurricane by leveling up. I looked up at what level Dragonite learns hurricane and it said it does at level 81. My Dragonite is already at level 81 and it hasn't learned it yet. I don't remember it ever wanting to learn the move hurricane. Is this some crazy glitch? Or is this the deal with all traded Dragonite? Please help!

Sorry, but Dragonite onnly learns Hurricane in B/W and B/W 2, as Hurricane is a Generation V move.

Dragonite only learns Hurricane in Generation V, as it is a move introduced in Gen V. You would have to have two DS's and a copy of Black, White, Black 2 or White 2, and use Poketransfer. Then you would have to go to Mistralton City and have a Heart Scale. Speak to a girl in the house next to the Pokemon Center. She will say "Should a move be remembered?", and then select your Dragonite. Go to the bottom and you'll see Hurricane.
