Mutiscale and Stealth Rocks?

I should probably know this after my many battles in Uber and Ou where Multiscale is a common ability.
I guess I don't pay much attention.
But yeah the question is that do Stealth Rocks take 25% or 12.5% off Pokemon like Lugia and Dragonite who should take it 25% but Multiscale may possibly change that.

With Multiscale the entry hazards would still do 25% damage on dragonite and lugia.
Entry hazards ignore Multiscale.
