And Zygarde is a huge momentum drain, you Glare the switchin and then what? You're switching to NDM/PoisonCeus/Ho-oh, and your initial momentum is gone. Draco also has a better MU against Rayquaza-M. I personally prefer Draco (on Mag teams) because of those reasons and yeah it does synergise better with Magearna.
Oh you need max speed on Necrozma-Ultra. You need to outspeed unboosted Naga (the only benchmark below base 129 which you're not hitting), and the extra bulk does legit nothing. You just get the better rolls vs. Arceus-Dark but you're getting picked off by Marsh/Ray sooner or later lol.
I personally like 124 Speed + Bold Darky on this kind of build, as you're already outspeeding unboosted Rayquaza-M with two mons, so 96+ isn't helping that much and the rolls against Gengar & Necrozma (DM & Ultra) are worse too.

Magearna (I suppose that's Maggie?) + DracoCeus + DarkCeus is a heat defensive core, btw. And SD Necrozma-Ultra appreciates Mewtwo-Mega-Y more than Gengar-Mega.
