SEO means 'search engine optimisation'. SEO abusers try to spam links on forums (preferably popular and reputable ones) in an attempt to get their websites on the front page of Google, etc. Sometimes they are paid by clients to do this. Obviously, an unscrupulous tactic to get more people viewing your website.
The posts that question got looked legitimate (as in they answered the question), but the random hyperlink nested within each one is a dead giveaway that they're spam.

Yeah, it had been the skeleton picture for a while, and I wanted a change of scenery. The skeleton picture is actually a screenshot I accidentally took while playing GMod with my friend and it is my favorite picture of a skeleton ever.
