That's not why your accounts get banned. No one asked you to wipe your old one. You did that yourself out of immaturity. You can't have multiple accounts, its against the rules. Changing your IP doesn't help you either, because you always make it obvious it's you.
It was your choice to abandon your account and stalk on alts. There is nothing of intrest happening for you to stalk our conversations. You can go find another chatroom on another server, because you've angered too many people with your childish antics and are no longer welcome here. Goodbye.
